Meet the Team

  • Jess Larder

    Physiotherapist

Jess is an experienced Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports.

She has participated in many sports over the years, allowing her to understand the movement mechanics involved and injuries that can be sustained. In conjunction with this, it allows her to provide individualised rehab exercises to get you back to what you love doing as soon as possible!

Jess completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University in 2016. She has over 8 years of experience treating a diverse population of patients including athletes, general musculoskeletal conditions, post operative rehabilitation and general maintenance. Specifically, she has an avid interest in running related injuries, CrossFit and acute injuries relating to most field sports.

A session with Jess will involve taking a thorough history of your injury/condition and a detailed movement assessment. Treatment modalities include soft tissue work, dry needling and individualised rehabilitation exercises to get you back on track!

Outside of work, Jess loves all things fitness. She currently trains CrossFit, goes for a few runs a week and plays premier league soccer. When she’s not working on her fitness, she’s hitting the beach or catching up for a meal or coffee with friends.

Jess’ main goal is to make a difference to your life; whether it be to return to a weekend sport or to be able to pick up your grandchildren.
